Liam Fitzgerald is currently making his mark as an IT Technician at WCC, where he dedicates his expertise to resolving the technological challenges faced by our clients.
Having embarked on this new journey with WCC in January of 2024, Liam brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to his role.
Before joining WCC, he ventured into the world of numbers as an accountant, and before that, he honed his customer service skills in IT sales within the bustling Northern Virginia area. In a significant life change, Liam relocated to the Charlotte area in August 2023, embracing new beginnings in his professional and personal life.
Liam’s educational background is in business marketing, having graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in May of 2022. This foundation equipped him with critical thinking and marketing insights and ignited his passion for continuously acquiring new skills and knowledge.
In his spare time, Liam enjoys being on the golf course or watching various sports.
Despite being relatively new to the hands-on aspects of IT service, Liam has an eagerness to dive in and learn new skills. His rich background in customer-facing roles positions him as a valuable asset to WCC, where he aims to address client needs efficiently through his interpersonal skills and dedication.
